The Rock House
Stay at our passive solar designed stone farmhouse on 100acres high on a hill in the beautiful Tuross River valley in lush historic dairying country 8km from Bodalla. The house is lovingly crafted from local stone and recycled timber and features rendered whitewashed walls and wrought iron furniture made in our workshop on the property.
Sit around the massive Redgum slab table and take in the panoramic views over the river to the mountain forests of the south east. Stay anytime…Cool stone walls will keep you naturally comfortable in summer and the slow combustion fire will warm the cockles of your heart in winter.
Escape to The Rock House for a romantic getaway for two, or gather with friends and family, to eat under the vine covered pergola or share stories around the fire. Unwind to the slow rhythms of life in the valley… the cows coming in to be milked, wallabies grazing, waterbirds and a symphony of frogs at dusk down at the lagoon.
